DEINOS

Deinos. We are aware. We are responsible.

Deinos is an AI company with nineteen companies in formation and one governance framework that binds them all.

Deinos builds and operates AI companies that answer for what they do.

Every company in the group is built around three obligations: a named person who signs for its consequential actions, a published way to stop it, and an appeal route for the people it affects. It is up to us to give AI meaning and context.

  1. Deinos

    Work

AI that removes work and returns the time to the people who did it.

    5 companies

CommandV. Held. Nothing ships in another language until a person has checked it against the brief.

The word RELEASE, drawn in dust, lifts into the air on its way to becoming FREIGABE, German for release, and is held there until a reviewer signs.

  2. Deinos

    Trust

Systems that keep meaning, permission and evidence intact as work is automated.

    4 companies

Aporos. Automation drops the condition. Aporos holds the step and brings it back.

The words APPROVED, IF STOCK ALLOWS, drawn in dust. The wind carries the condition away, then it comes back and the step is held for a person.

  3. Of It's Own

    Creation

Tools and studios for making things, with the maker in control and credited.

    8 companies

Faint Idea. Every idea starts faint. Give it somewhere to begin. Move across it to explore.

The word IDEA, drawn in faint, scattered dust. Exploring it gathers the grains into the word.

  4. Of It's Own

    Life

Help with the invisible work of everyday life, visible to everyone it affects.

    1 company

LaundryDay. The invisible work of running a home, made visible to everyone in it.

The word INVISIBLE, drawn in dust. The wind carries IN away and VISIBLE becomes solid.

    1. Collect the renewals, forms and lists.
    2. Do the routine parts.
    3. Show everyone in the house who did what.
  5. Shared by both houses

    Shared infrastructure

Capabilities every company in both houses runs on.

    1 company

End Credits. A record of who made what, and what the machine did, travels with the work.

Two lines in dust: THE WORK ENDS. THE PEOPLE REMAIN. The wind carries the first line away; the second stays.

    1. Record who did what as the work is made.
    2. Mark what the machine contributed.
    3. Attach the record to the work, wherever it goes.

Short Week

AI takes the mundane. People take Friday back.

The five days of a work week, Monday to Friday, drawn in dust. As you scroll, the wind carries Friday away and leaves it empty: the day is returned.

Short Week redesigns how a team works, adds AI only where work is left, counts checking and rework honestly, and, once accepted output holds, returns the saved hours as a shorter week at the same pay.

How a Short Week would be earned

The more it can do, the more it answers for.

Principles

It is up to us to give AI meaning and context.

  • Guardrails before speed.

If there is even a ten percent chance this goes terribly wrong, you build the guardrails first, and you put your name next to them.

  • Nothing about AI is inevitable.

Right action is possible, if you're willing to answer for it.

  • No revenue from outrage.

What people want is simple: accountability.

Read the principles

Two houses, one standard.

The wondrous needs the terrible taken seriously. The terrible needs a reason to keep going.2

We are aware. We are responsible.

The road splits here. We intend to be the company that, looking back, helped secure our future alongside AI.
